  This is repeatedly the worst CFA I have ever visited, they an elegant new drive-thru renovation, but the absolute worst organization in drive-thru, worst follow thru on franchise promises, worst drive thru times, inside there is an army of workers with absolutely no direction, no leadership, and no experience. There are only 2 registers to handle the work flow inside as well, so it is just as bad as the drive thru/curb-side operations. Included is a brief history to confirm I am a frequent CFA visiter, as well as a stop watch of how long it took for them to acknowledge me as I was standing in the middle of the mobile pick up by the counter, after having already waited for 10 mins. Please, for the love of CFA, find new management (or retrain), find new leadership, find someone who actually cares about the usual CFA standards.

  I ordered Mac and cheese and did NOT get my Mac and cheese OR STRAW I was having a BAD DAY and it just made it ten times worse, I’m crying. It was miss jacksons fault

  This is by far the absolute worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The restaurant is absolutely filthy, restrooms are disgusting. Food is always wrong or things are always missing. Employees are so rude and definitely not what you expect from Chick-fil-A. Do not say my pleasure and if you ask for something they forgot (sauce when going through drive thru) they seem way too inconvenienced to bother grabbing it. I drive 30 minutes the other direction to go to the Greer Chick-fil-A which arguably close to as bad as this one but they at least usually get the order correct.

  Terrible, terrible, terrible. I placed a mobile for breakfast and my husband was there waiting in the mobile thru line for 15-20 minutes before he had any help, and had to literally roll down his window to flag a team member down when there was no one in line. By the time they got to him it was a little past 10:30 and they said that my order was canceled because it did not process before 10pm due to a new standard that apparently started last week, which states that you now have to scan a bar code when you are at the mobile thru. Highly upset because we wasted our time waiting in line and were told we weren’t able to get our food. I’m pissed and now my husband is late to work because of the lack of customer service support here. While speaking to the manager of my concerns she was still distracted and speaking to others laughing. Terrible treatment here, I’m truly disappointed
