  I just randomly stopped at an exit just now to grab dinner. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme with extra beef. Baby that had no business being that good. And it was hot. Good grief. Give everyone on the shift a raise. Thank you!

  I have not been to a Taco Bell in 2 years. I decided to give it a try because I was nearby. Absolutely wrong choice 😑 they won’t take your order unless you use the kiosk. I ask why is that necessary?? Two customers in the place. Makes absolutely no sense to me 🤷🏽‍♀️ Nobody greeted me coming in, while I waited or when I was leaving. The order I wanted wasn’t on kiosk. I’m a dollar short getting my change. #9 combo with cinnamon twist is awful. Terrible waste of money. Pretty much the same everywhere. Crew members are not friendly, food is not good, at all!!!

  This is the first time I have ever been compelled to write any review about any business. There’s multiple items on the menu that aren’t available on the kiosk when thats the only way to order. The staff is ignorant when it comes to zero sugar/sugar drinks, its not an option for some people. When paying cash, you have to stand at the counter for a while. The staff we look straight at you and ignore you and proceed to do nothing. The staff is also very unenthusiastic, besides a few excellent workers. The manager doesn’t seem to typically hire anyone that actually wants to work, only people who’ll work under the influence at 2am.

  We didn’t end up getting anything they were out of cheese for a chicken quesadilla. They were a lot out of fries.
