  The speed of service is on par with the DMV. Absolutely the worst! This is NOT a one-time issue! I basically stopped coming to you guys years ago and will only consider stopping when there are zero cars in the drive-thru. THEN I only wait 10 to 15 minutes for a large slush. There's no way on the planet you guys have ever been focused on speed so please don't make the claim

  Though you may have to wait longer than 5 min; the food is right, hot, and delicious 😋 the customer service is immaculate! They treat you like family and always remembers a regular's face so the order taking is much faster! You'll definitely see me here again

  The reason for the 3 stars are for management not keeping solicitors from approaching customers and begging for money for bus tickets or gas money. I don't mind feeding a hungry person but not handing out money to feed a possible addiction. One guy asked me to take him to an ATM so I could withdraw to give him. This is a very dangerous situation to be placed into and needs to be managed. Until that happens, I recommend ordering through the drive thru only at this location.

  I genuinely, waited like 35 minutes in the drive through, for a burger that was burnt around the edges and still somehow cold in the middle, and cold tots, and sweet tea that tasted only like sugar yet zero tea. I have no clue how you make such garbage food several times over, it takes more talent to do that than to actually make some good food. I have, and will testify Infront of a court, that i have had a HAM AND TURKEY SANDWICH 300 MILES AWAY FROM HOME in a PILOT TRUCK STOP which was held to a higher standard than the slop given to me here. If this was the Victorian era, the entire staff would be hung by sunset for this.
