- KBKent Brantley3 days ago3.0I have been craving Bojangle's for a few weeks now so I decided to stop by when I saw this location on my way through town. When I walked in, it wreaked of Marijuana in the whole restaurant. I'm very familiar with the smell and there's no denying that's what it was. I don't hate on people for enjoying it, but when it makes you move like you're in slow motion, there's a problem. Especially when you work in a fast paced environment. I ordered the most basic items. A Cajun filet combo, and two sausage egg biscuits. Probably the most basic thing here. I waited for over 30min for that order to be handed to me. I rarely eat fast food, and now I remember why. The service is absolutely abysmal. I'd rather just not eat until I get back to Alabama, or find a Chick-fil-A, they have fantastic customer service and decent food. I was jaut craving Bojangle's, well I'll wait another 5 years or so before I crave it again...

Bought 4 combos spent over 40 something dollars tea was unsweetened instead of being sweet chicken was not completely cooked still very pink and not from the season on the chicken season fries definitely hard mashed potatoes and biscuits nah. Biscuits u can tell they wasn't fresh they were hard and look a little bit over cooked. Never get napkins you might be lucky to get straws in your bag as I have been told multiple times. I try calling no answer few times and someone picks up and hangs up... Attitude at the window and over the speaker haft to repeat several times and still can't get your order right... When I ask fresh in a nice way with respect I spect the person have manners and being respectful. But I was wrong.. still no response . Drive thru
