  The manager Duvai (I apologize if I spelled it incorrectly) was very friendly and attentive. She is a wonderful manager. The food was wonderful as well.

  My wife and I ate breakfast. I had a Cajun chicken biscuit combo and she had a country ham biscuit. Great food, service, and a friendly atmosphere. No complaints.

  I decided to stop by this location for the first and last time. Upon arriving there was only 2 cars parked, not busy while I decided what to get 2 cars pulled to the drive through then I pulled behind them. I ordered, paid, and was asked to pull in a parking space so I did. After a while at least 7 or 8 cars came and left the drive through while I was still waiting. Once someone came to bring my order I check the bag and items are missing so she asked me to pull to the window. I do that this other female at the window passes me another order I said thats not mine and was trying to tell her what was missing from my order so they give me the missing items but I also told her the Bo chicken sandwich didn't have mayo or pickles on it can I have some packets and some pickles in a side cup which appeared to be an issue with me asking so she ignores me while I sit there and wait then another female thats fixing the food came to the window appearing to have an issue to. Bottom line if you don't like your job get another one. If its an issue with helping a customer, communicating effectively and having a problem when a customer asks a question to make sure they get what they paid for when its your fault the order was incorrect and missing items then you don't need to work in fast food or anywhere with the public. It's too much craziness and nastiness going on in this world learn to kind, respectful, professional and leave the attitudes at home/trying to funny at home because you don't know what type of person or mindset of the person you are encountering. So many things can be prevented by just doing that. I don't mind waiting for what I want and I want what I paid for. I could have just taken the extra order they gave me but I don't do that. If its not mine and I didn't pay for something then I don't want it. Someone else would have taken it without a question. Please do better moving forward.

  We live in pine ridge SC but we travel out our way sometime for this Bojangles. They drop fresh if you ask nicely and if you have the time ..

  My Bojangles experience was great... the customer service was great and we received our food in the timely manner.. and I order was spot on and the food was delicious will definitely be a return customer
