  I would really like to see the Manager train these employees on customer service. They have some very rude young women working at this location. They act as though they are inconvenienced when you're inquiring about your order. I placed a mobile order, waited 20 minutes, drove to this location, and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order. When I inquired about the order, how much longer, your smart-mouthed, rude employee told me when it's done. I'm glad they have so much time and find their answers quite funny. I do not.

  This is about the sorriest excuse for a sonic that I have ever seen in my life I go to order three drinks like we do a at least 4-5 times a week. Cashier had the worst attitude no smile, no thank you. Then gave us no straws when all we ordered was drinks and I still didnt get a receipt. If I could give you zero stars I would. With gas as high as it is if I bring my business to yall you should at least give straws when all that was ordered was drink so I went back around sat another ten minutes and no one came to the speaker when they did I said just forget about it I won’t go back I’ll go to McDonald’s it’s closer. But employees were sure outside with friends goofing around and talking.

  Always getting my order wrong. Then if u care to complain to get a refund they give you a hassle and try to compensate you with something different than you ordered instead of refunding you or replacing with the correct item. Ordered a item that I can eat as a vegetarian and they want to give me a hamburger instead of what I ordered to fix it l. That was high disrespectful and against my beliefs.

  The person delivering my order came out and said “sh*t, it’s hot as hell.” I was like…ummm hi. The food was good though.

  Received the wrong order, got the wrong slushy twice, went back to tell them, employee Kat was absolutely disgusting with her attitude, made me again the wrong slushy, and was so nasty to me, rolled her eyes and walked away. Didn’t resolve my order
