- MGMelissa GoreSep 29, 20261.0Pan pizza was not fully cooked. Thin pizza didn’t have extra cheese like I paid for and was over cooked and hard like cardboard. The cashier that handed me the pizza yelled that he felt like “shit” after handing me my pizzas. I was once again reminded why I quit eating here years ago. I wanted it to be a good experience but it was absolutely terrible in every aspect. Will never eat here again.

- BBBeatrice Valcourt - BunnellSep 5, 20261.0-5⭐ Extremely disappointing experience with Pizza Hut on Church Street. We placed our pizza order at 7:00 PM and received a text stating that it was expected to be delivered around 7:50 PM. By 8:40 PM, we still had no pizza, so we called to check on the order and were asked to call back in 15 minutes. When we called back, we spoke with the manager. His only solutions were either to refund our money or have another pizza made and delivered—which meant we would have to wait another hour for our pizza after already waiting over two hours since placing the original order. There was absolutely no consideration for how long we had already been waiting or the inconvenience this caused. What made the situation even worse was the manager’s attitude. When we asked for his name—twice—he refused to provide it and then hung up on us. Mistakes and delivery problems happen, and we understand that. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service. After waiting more than two hours for an order that never arrived, being told we’d have to wait another hour and then being hung up on by a manager was incredibly unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.
