  They won’t answer the drive thru and hour before close they turn off the phones so you can’t call line around the building and single employee won’t look out the window they just break the store down with an hour left

  NO PLAYPLACE. We came because a review said there was a place for kids to play. I don't know what they were talking about (review referenced was a few weeks before this one). So we drove out of our way from Myrtle Beach on a rainy day only to discover a normal, No Playplace McDonald's. Friendly enough staff who were genuinely confused by my confusion. So for anyone else searching Google reviews to identify indoor play places ... Not here 5/2026.

  Worst customer service got to the line to order and the lady was rushing and her attitude was horrible and it was 8 in the morning and she was acting ignorant as crap.

  It took 58 minutes too get my food, they claim i wasnt charged however I have the transaction numbers(saved them for proof), after 40 minutes they finally stated they never got the order, ill definitely be filing a charge back if they dont reverse the second and third charge. I stated the young girl standing there 4 times if my order was processing, she said yes, so after about 21 minutes i get a manager which then leads too a whole investigation when I just wanted the food, i have 5 kids and instead of just making the order even the "shift manager" was extremely rude, snactched my phone out of hand too "review my mobile receipt". Jose the supervisor was present during this whole process, i went and interrupted his phone call when i found out he was the supervisor of the location, he only wanted too investigate why the app didnt work not just simply have the food made even though i had paid for it technically 3 times at this point...😤 NEVER AGAIN

  I forgot an order and added at the window. When I went to the next window my original order was lost. James did his thing. He was polite and calm and fixed everything in a timely manner for a woman who made a last minute change! Also the young man cleaning the parking lot and tables was going over an beyond fixing the mulch and all. Thank you for not getting upset with me and being a calm end to a hectic day
