Long overdue review. When we have guests in from out of town we now make Leones a must stop. First, Lauren - what a great personality. Second, anything Francese is amazing. We’ve had them all. The bolognese is rich with flavor and should not be overlooked. I call to reserve a table for my hearing loss and they have always accommodated my request. Heading there for lunch now.

Everything was excellent! Our server was Brandon and he was great. He was knowledgeable and attentive. He was there when you needed him but not in your way. The baked rigatoni bolognese was exceptional. It was a large serving so we did not leave hungry. They had a fried sandwich special with prosciutto and cheese with marinara for dipping. It was really good. I haven’t had anything quite like it but I would definitely get this sandwich again. I totally recommend this restaurant.

Leone’s in Conway is an absolute hidden gem and well worth the trip. The eggplant Parmesan was the best I’ve had outside of Italy—authentic, perfectly prepared, and absolutely delicious.
The Chicken Gorgonzola was outstanding, and the calamari was so good that our kids devoured every bite. Every dish tasted homemade and reminded me of the incredible meals we’ve had in Italy.
What truly sets Leone’s apart, though, is the hospitality. The staff treats you like you’re having dinner at a family member’s home. They were incredibly warm and welcoming—even taking turns holding our baby so we could enjoy our meal.
Great food, amazing people, and an authentic Italian experience. We left feeling like we had been transported back to Italy. We’ll definitely be back!

My neighbor and I started to frequent restaurants every Friday and decided to try Leone's since we had business in the area. We found their food to be very expensive compared to other places we have gone to, plus nothing else is included with the entree, no salad, a small piece of bread was offered. My neighbor had the shrimp scampi there was a real strong smell of lemon hardly any garlic. We ate half of the meal and asked for a bill and then we were told cash is preferred and if we paid with card a fee was being added. A normal plate of rigatoni bolognese was almost $27 between tax and a fee with cash If there was more of an ambiance I could understand. The bathroom is right where the dinning area is. Meaning if you get up from table it's right there and there is only one restroom, both men and women. So there were 2 people waiting behind customers who were eating to use the facilities. Waitress was mechanical not warm and welcoming

This is our second trip on 7.18. We went about 2 weeks ago, completely different experience. Best calamari we ever had. Best oil dip for the hot bread. We usually frequent Crave, and it was on tier with that. So we had to come back. 7.18 I decide to take my family there for lunch. We were able to get calamari but it came out tasteless and fried so hard it lost all flavor. Lunch menu doesn’t offer many entrees. Only sandwiches and four entrees all with red sauce. No exceptions. $20 for a chicken cutlet sandwich that was burned and no seasonings or salt or flavor. Kids cutlet was a bust, thank goodness for the mayo and balsamic glaze on our two sandwiches to make them somewhat edible. The fries, first go around came out soggy and full of oil. There was a blond and a brunette waitress we had the blonde one. Both of them had attitude which was very shocking. Nobody wants oil filled fries that are swollen and slump over when you pick them up. The best part. We ask for fresh sodas to go because over our 30 min lunch they have watered down, were brought with two empty to go cups and told ( you have enough in your drinks to use that) when we ask for to go containers, tossed on the table on top of our sandwich plate and then rushed to make a payment. Check the cameras. When you’re running two tables you shouldn’t have to wait 5 mins for a straw or even ask for a refill it should be common sense. Big L to this place. I’m sure there’s potential because we experienced it. But Lunch crew needs some revamping.
