Went in to buy some donuts and I could not believe no one recognized me. One person near the drive thru window staring into space the other one her phone. I waited for 5 minutes and left. When I walked in the manager was talking to someone in the parking lot and when I left she was still there talking. What has happened to this country and customer service. Well Dunkin won’t be coming to this location ever again. I rather drive the additional 10 miles and got to Kirspy Kreme or Duck Donuts were they know how to take care of there customers.
