  They got my mobile order wrong, I put a report in the app, then the app made it so I couldn’t type a report anymore. I tried calling the store twice and couldn’t get through.

  I am absolutely disappointed in the bowl I received. This is now the second time I have gotten a half empty bowl. The man working at the rice, beans, and chicken station gave us hardly any rice (which is supposed to be the base of the bowl). When my friend asked for more rice he gave her maybe a tablespoon more. Luckily the nice man working the other toppings gave us enough but there was literally more sour cream in our bowls than rice. I should NOT be paying $15 for a bowl that is hardly filled. I understand not giving a huge serving of chicken or other things that cost extra but rice? Cmon you can give us a reasonable amount of rice. Definitely will not be coming back here again.

  If I could give this store a 0 star rating I’d do so. Im urging people do not eat here I have been here way too many times, almost every time there’s an issue. Stale lettuce, hair in my food, when I order through DoorDash it in store the food is always little. Why charge so much and give so little food. I always have to check my order if I do take it to go because they will give you anything and act like that is just the way the food is. No make quality food and wear hair nets, have some care in cooking in cleanliness. Why are workers going to the bathroom with their aprons on that’s a big red flag. So do not waste your time you’ll get the worst food quality and get sick too. My family and I have gotten good poisoning here

  Just got a takeout order from here and it was absolutely the worst. The skimpy portion was sloppily thrown together. Looked and tasted terrible and on top of everything else it was cold. Never again.

  This is the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. None of my sides were filled. My quesadilla wasn’t even fully cut, and there’s literally nothing in the quesadilla. The girl at the window of the Chipotlane would barely make eye contact with us didn’t say one word we said our names we said thank you we said please. She didn’t say one word the whole time she rolled her eyes just because it was late at night, but this is her job. I’m disgusted if I knew her name I would do way more than just this review but you guys need to figure it out. The picture is exactly how I opened it I paid $19 for this? Nope I don’t think so never again.
