This was a good experience. The staff were kind and my food was correct. The food is always good. Chicken tenders are my go to.

Normally I don’t have issues with BoJo’s. When I get biscuits and gravy, everything is normal. When I ask for extra gravy, they put extra on there. Idk who was working this afternoon on July 23, 2026 around 2-4pm, but they gave me less gravy than they would put on a normal B&G order. Is that “technically” a big deal, and is it still edible? Yes. That’s not the point. The point is they only listen half the time. I love BoJo’s more than any other fast food place, but I will not be going back. Note: This is not the first time my order has been messed up. I’ve lived here for three years and this has happened multiple times. Whether someone is new or in training is irrelevant. A little extra gravy isn’t going to hurt. And if there is no extra or there’s not enough to get by to give any extra, then you tell the customer. Ordering extra of anything costs extra, and I don’t mind paying for it *when* I actually get what I asked for.

Upon entering this establishment,The entire restaurant was very clean and inviting . The nice girl taking my order was very polite and friendly, she was exceptionally thorough with taking my order, checking it for accuracy, which I really appreciated! My food was prepared in a timely fashion, was fresh and very good, the 2 pc meal , chicken was moist and tender with the right amount of breading, the dirty rice and cajun pinto beans were delicious! The grilled chicken breast sandwich meal was delicious and the fries were fresh and done to golden perfection!

I am so tired of dealing with the rude, hateful employees at the Conway Bojangles. Every time there’s an issue with your order or something is missing, they act like you’re trying to scam them. They immediately demand to see your receipt and inspect your food like you’re a criminal. Are y’all really losing that much money? This morning I ordered a breakfast platter and paid an extra $0.99 to add an egg. When I got to the drive-thru window, I opened the box to make sure everything was there. They had put the egg in the tiny little side compartment of the box, and it honestly looked like there was only one egg. I hadn’t touched the food—I was still sitting at the window. I told the girl at the window that I thought my extra egg was missing, and her first response was, “We didn’t charge you for an extra egg. It’ll be $1.99.” I said, “Bet, let me check my receipt.” What a surprise—it clearly said “Add Egg - $0.99.” Instead of simply saying, “Let me check,” she gave me a dirty look, asked to inspect my food, took the box back inside, opened it up, looked through it, and handed it back saying, “There’s two eggs in there.” I explained that the box looked almost empty because of the way they packed it. The point isn’t the egg. It’s the attitude. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with employees there acting rude and argumentative over something that costs less than a dollar. If a customer politely says they think something is missing, maybe don’t immediately assume they’re trying to steal from you. It’s not my fault the food was packed in a way that made it look like something was missing. What also makes no sense is that I was first told I hadn’t been charged and it would cost $1.99, even though my receipt clearly showed I had already paid $0.99 for the extra egg. Looking back, I honestly should have refused to leave until they remade my food. Once they took my meal back inside, opened it up, handled it, inspected it, and stood over it talking, I wasn’t comfortable with it being handed right back to me. Customer service seems completely absent at thus location. Instead of trying to help, they argue with customers over a 99-cent egg, inspect their food, and make the entire experience unpleasant. Conway Bojangles really needs to address the attitude of some of its employees. I’m glad the little white Gen Z ponytail girl peaked in the driveway and saved the whole company over an egg. Enjoy that being as high as you can go in life.
