  Horrible attitudes!!! The caucasian guy who was working the window on May 2 attitude stinks! Miscommunication as to where I need to park and wait for my food… next I’ll wait at the window so I don’t get yelled at!

  Worst arbys ive been to the white lady that is the manager argued with me about double meat I paid 17$ for a double brisket sandwich that is supposed to be a quarter pound the black lady making the food when I asked the kid up front if it was double meat starts yelling, its double meat its double meat I put 3oz on there, first a half pound sandwich is 4oz double would be 8oz not 3oz the first sandwich I got wasnt even 4oz even if they include the bun and the way everyone, except the young kid with the glasses started yelling is crazy. If the owner or area manager care about this they can review the footage I was there today april 27th at 120pm to 135pm in a red work shirt and tan hat. When I pointed out the weight discrepancy no body would answer me on why 3oz was the right weight when the sign clearly says quarter pound and thats 4oz and I ordered double meat. I worked in food service for 16years they were wrong and didnt want to admit it.

  I came inside and ordered a classic roast beef and cheddar. The cashier already had it on the counter before I paid. So I sat down to eat and the sandwhich was cold. So I told the cashier and she yelled to the back "I need a hot classic" the one making the sandwich says "who said it wasn't hot" the cashier went silent. Then when she got done making the sandwich the cook says "hope they don't choke on it" and laughed. All the while I was at the counter while she said it!!! I couldn't believe it!! Seriously save your self the headache and never come here!

  This Arby’s is horrible! Arby’s used to be my go-to for fast food… NOT ANYMORE! I ordered a ham and Swiss melt with curly fries. The sandwich had been nuked for so long that the bun was like biting leather. The ham looked like discarded bits of raw bacon! So disgusting! I paid $11 for this slop and ended up paying an even higher price due to severe stomach upset later!! Gross!!!!!! Their drive-thru service was disregarding and rude. NEVER again!
