    7-25-26 10:49pm Well 12 is closing by all posted open times and the people working need to be fired. Pull up at 10:50 and no one answer the drive thru, sat there for a min asking if someone is there. Pull up to the drive thru window and seen someone try hiding as we pulled up to the window and still didnt answer. Lazy and getting paid to do not serve people. Arby's off Conway do better or hire someone who wants to work.

    Shake was very runny. Jalapeño poppers were over cooked. Cheese steaks were okay. Poppers were almost burnt. Responded isn't what I received. I have lots of friends and family.

    Stopped by on the way home. Service was good. Sandwiches came out quick. Staff was very friendly. No issues.
