Great location, plenty of spaces to work. Was greeted promptly and had my order taken. Food was prepared in reasonable amount of time and served fresh. Staff was professional and friendly. Appreciate the late hours, best location in the Columbia area.

The employees don't acknowledge you when you have been standing there for several minutes even though they have looked right at you. They act like the job is beneath them and talk to you with attitude. No hi how are you how can I help you just a 'hey.' (again only when they decide they want to acknowledge you will they talk to you)If you get that!. They are not nice. My order was sitting there for several minutes and I saw it but they would not give it to me. Kept saying that's not yours when I saw my name on it. Love the food but dear gawd it's a struggle to get it

involving the general manager, Millenia When I approached the register, she did not greet me. Instead, she immediately asked what I wanted in a tone that came across as irritated. Throughout the interaction, she appeared frustrated, was scratching her head, & even verbally expressed that she needed to get out of there. I have only been to Wingstop one other time, so I am not very familiar with all of the flavors, how the food is distributed, or the ordering process. When I asked questions so that I could understand my options, I felt as though she became increasingly irritated with me, as if I should have already known everything. I became so uncomfortable that I almost decided to cancel my order and leave. However, I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and placed my order. The interaction continued to be uncomfortable. When I asked how much longer my order would take, she walked away without properly answering my question. She also did not initially give me my receipt, so I retrieved it from the register. When she saw me with it, she told me, “Give me that, that’s not yours.” I handed it back, & she then printed the receipt & gave it to me. I also requested all flats w honey sauce & asked how much extra. Her response was accompanied by huffing & puffing, which I perceived as an attitude. I explained that I was willing to pay the additional charge, & she changed the order. However, my order was ultimately prepared incorrectly. I wanted honey sauce on the wings, but I received a dry honey-flavored rub instead. I did not realize the mistake until I had already received my order. At one point, I respectfully told her that she needed to work on her attitude bcuz I did not understand y I was receiving that type of treatment. She responded, “I don’t have an attitude. If I did, you would know.” I explained that I had not done anything to her and did not understand why she was giving me that type of negative and dismissive energy. What bothered me even more was observing her interact with other customers afterward. The level of customer service she provided to them appeared noticeably different from how she treated me. I am not claiming to know why I was treated differently, but the difference was noticeable and made the interaction even more uncomfortable. When she handed me my food, she told me, “I hope you have the day you deserve,” in what I perceived as a sarcastic tone. I simply said, “Thank you,” and walked out. One of the employees informed me that the woman I was dealing with was the general manager, Millenia. She can be identified as the manager who was working the register during my visit. from a customer’s perspective, her overall professional presentation was concerning. Her uniform appeared visibly worn nore appear clean or presentable for someone serving customers in a management Her hair was pulled upward into a ponytail that appeared unsettled & was not properly secured or covered. I understand that staff may have diff personal styles, & I am not commenting on her appearance for personal reasons. My concern is specifically that, as the general manager & a representative of the business, I expected a level of professional appearance and presentation consistent with the standards of a customer-facing food establishment. Her posture and demeanor working also gave the impression that she did not want to be there. Combined with the way she communicated w me, this contributed to an overall exp that felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Ppl can have difficult days, I try to give ppl the benefit of the doubt. However, customers should not feel uncomfortable simply for asking reasonable questions about the menu & their order. the interaction left me extremely disappointed. My concern is specifically the way I was treated as a customer, the incorrect preparation of my order, and the overall level of professionalism displayed by the general manager. I believe managers should be held to a higher standard when it comes to customer service and professional presentation and related.

Waited over an hour for my food. Absolutely horrible service. Kept asking the workers how long and they kept stalling saying almost ready. Absolutely unacceptable.
