Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
We got there about 11:30at nite and we were happy that the patio was open, the food was excellent and the French fries were hot that's a big plus,we will definitely be back.

Looking for a quick spot to grab a bite to eat on the way back home to Charlotte n saw WHATABURGER. I've never had it n started to go to one of the many other food spots on Killian Rd, but I'm glad I decided to try it. We were pleasantly greeted by Cedrick who was polite and smiling and welcomed us in. He helped us with the menu, took our order, made sure we had napkins, straws, condiments, etc. He greeted every customer with bright smile. We sat to wait on the food and the dining area was very clean. The food came out quickly and was cooked well. I'll definitely be a returning! Shout to Cedrick for his exceptional customer service!!!

Was a 5 star when it opened, but has gradually gone down. Last Thursday, ordered 1 chicken sandwich meal and 2 burger meals. Chicken was room temperature, and so was the burgers. Also the 2 fries on both burger plates we almost cold and same with the onion rings with the chicken sandwich. Ask at register for pickles on my chicken sandwich, and had to go back to side of register to ask for my pickles, and no one ever ask if they could help me. Finally caught a gentleman bringing out someone's food and he got my pickles about the same time I was finishing eating. We are done and gone forever.

Five-Star Experience at Whataburger
This location is hands-down the best Whataburger we’ve ever visited. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming, and we had a particularly great experience meeting Ashley, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The restaurant is consistently spotless, and the food is always fresh and delicious. It has become a mandatory stop for us every single time we pass through town. If you’re looking for great service and a clean environment, this is the spot!

My day started off earlier than usual. I was up around 410AM to go and drop someone close to me off at the airport. On my way back, I stopped to grab breakfast. It was about 6AM when I started to look for places that were open and chose to go Whataburger. Out of Biscuitville and McDonald’s. I opened up my internet browser and ordered food for drive-thru pick up. So I could just roll out. I noticed that my total was $19.31 before checking out, but $15.25 upon receiving my receipt in my email. My bank account said they charged me $19.31!
So I pulled up to the drive-thru and let them know that I had a pick up order. They told me to come inside because they were still waiting on it (my order was for drive-thru pickup). Did not ask for my name or what I had ordered. I decided not to argue and pulled around. Passing other cars already waiting in the drive-thru in both lines. Squeezing thru trying not to hit anyone.
I parked, turned my car off, and walked in with my dry white patched and eczema flared up face into the restaurant. I was greeted by several people and did the same to them. My was mood starting to slightly change. I then stated to the cashier that I had a pick up for the drive-thru but was asked to come inside. I also let her know of the price discrepancy with the order. She stated that I would have to take care of that thru the app. I explained to her that I do not have the app. She replied by saying WELL WE DO NOT HANDLE THAT HERE, ITS DONE IN TEXAS. I WILL NEED TO TAKE CARE OF IT THROUGH THE APP… BUT I WILL GRAB YOUR FOOD. Then She walked away. I think I said thank you but I can’t remember. I was too stunned and tired to argue. Someone spoke to me as they left and I believe his shift was just ending. He told me to have a blessed day and I told him to do the same. I opened my internet browser back up and BOOM.. the website asked me why I was visiting. I hit OTHER.. filed a complaint at 620AM and received a refund by 809AM.
To top it off.. COFFEE GROUNDS were in my drink and I think this was CARTILAGE in my chicken tender on my biscuit.. I about threw up when I bit it.
