  I had a great experience at Whataburger! Ashley provided excellent customer service and made sure everything was taken care of. She was friendly, helpful, and had a great attitude. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Ashley definitely made my visit even better, and I hope she gets recognized for her outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back! 😊🍔

  The past 5 times I have came to this location they have messed up my food and they have to remake it or even sometimes they have to remake it multiple times, it’s ridiculous I don’t know what they got going on but they need to get it together.

  Extremely clean, service was quick and the food came out resh. The servers and management were awesome, very friendly and accommodating. Austyn did a great job as always, this is my 3rd time interacting with her and each time she has been amazing.

  The employees were nice and respectful during my visit, but unfortunately, my experience with the general manager completely changed my perception of this location. When she was interacting with customers, she appeared very friendly and professional. However, I was honestly taken aback when she went to the back and began speaking to the employees in a very rude and disrespectful manner. She was yelling at them and talking to them in a way that I personally felt was inappropriate. I sat there feeling genuinely bad for the employees. I understand that managers have to correct and hold their employees accountable, but there is a difference between providing constructive feedback and humiliating or speaking harshly to people. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that she later came up to me and asked me to leave a review. After witnessing how she treated the employees when she thought customers weren’t paying attention, that interaction felt very different to me. As a mother, it especially bothered me to see a grown woman speak to younger employees that way. I wanted to say something because I would never want someone speaking to my own child like that in a workplace. I truly believe management at this location needs to take a closer look at how employees are being treated and consider reviewing this manager’s conduct. I wish I could give zero stars based on my experience, but one star is the lowest option available. After this experience, I told my husband that I honestly do not want to return to this location. The employees themselves were kind, but the way I witnessed them being treated by management left a very bad impression on me.
