I actually stopped hear to get a meal for my Son. He said the burger was very good. Coming from a picky eater 14 year old. The service was great,employees were nice and respectful. Drove thru the drive thru was food came out quick.

It's ok. The service was good, but I was the only one in line. Doesn't compare to my favorite. In-and-Out Burger double, double, protein style. No In-and-Out on the east coast.

Disaster. Drive thru worker not happy. Takes it out on customer. Didnt say any greeting, took card with attitude. Gave us half our order. Few minutes later asked, “Can I help you?” When explained missing sandwich, face expression not happy.
Also took more than twenty minutes. No one was in front of us.
Line cooks stepping on food and receipts.
Standing water on the floor by the drink machine.
Trash all over parking lot.
Had to go inside to get my only ketsup up, after asking for it.
Not what we are used to at Whataburger locations in NW FL.

Not only was my food made wrong, my wait time was incredibly long meanwhile the restaurant was completely empty. It took 15 minutes for my food to come out initially and another 20 for my burger to be remade correctly. All the staff members had terrible attitudes as well and presented with no regard for their work or the customers.

I went here a couple months ago and everything was great to include the service, food and atmosphere (very clean), but today 6/19 the bathroom and dining area were both filthy, the soda machine was leaking water, which was all over the floor (nobody was attempting to mop it up periodically or anything at all), and my mobile order took almost 30 minutes after order was placed to come out, and food was lukewarm at best. Several other customers waited 20-30 minutes for their food before and after me. They need new management and employees here already!
