  Just went through the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order. The burger is very dry and not up to the standards I am used to at Whataburger. Additionally, I pulled up to the window and said “hi, how are you?” And the employee just stared at me. No response. After she handed me my food, I said “thank you, have a good night!” Once again, she just stared at me, no response. Disappointed because I like Whataburger and this was not the experience I am used to.

  I never experienced a fast food place being so slow. I thought McDonald’s was bad but y’all got it beat. I only come to take my daughter. We get the same thing every time. Two burger patties only and a medium fry. I order on the app and still have to wait. Today the app was not working and we went through the Drive thru we were the only one and first thing is I didn’t get my change which I had to tell her you owe me $5. We waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and a guy couod be the manager asked if I cashed out and I’m like yes and he closed the window and I’m waiting and now there is 4 cars behind me. It’s crazy that it took so long to get 2 jr patties nothing on it and not even the bun and a medium fry. I told my daughter it will be awhole before we come back bc everytime has been a wait whether you order ahead or not.

  I adore Whataburger, and make a point to always stop when I see one since they don't have them where I live. This was the least good Whataburger I've been to. We went late but given their hours and reputation as a company that shouldn't matter. Our burgers did not have the toppings we ordered, and were overall dryer and saltier than they're typically cooked. The sauces we ordered for out takeout order weren't in the bag, which is less of an issue but one nonetheless. This would be a 4 star review for a McDonald's, but Whataburger prides itself on consistent quality so I feel justified removing that extra star.

  Hands down the worst one of them all. Like I really wanna enjoy your food but whatever you're doing here it ain't working. If you're not willing to validate a coupon you better be ready to accept backlash.
