  I work in the Harbison area, and I typically order from Tropical Smoothie two to three times a week for lunch. Even back when I was a student at USC, I regularly visited the Tropical Smoothie location next to Colonial Life Arena and ordered the exact same chicken wrap every time. At every other location, the wraps are always full, fresh, and generously made. Unfortunately, at this location, I was handed a noticeably smaller wrap that did not match the portion size I’m used to receiving. I politely asked if it could be remade to the proper size, but the replacement appeared to be the same. Tropical Smoothie as a brand will absolutely not lose my business, as I’ve always enjoyed the food and service overall. However, I do not plan on returning to this particular location due to this experience.

  Never get my order right and i come almost 3times a week…today i ordered online about 12mins before i came walked in look in the cube box nothing in there i sat down waitied on my order because it wad like 5 ppl were waiting so once they got all the orders out, he look at me and say what’s your name? I told him my name and he went over there and gave me my smoothie and my smoothie been sitting over there ever since I walked in just poor service. I just have to go out my way to another tropical smoothie to be please.

  Unfortunately, the food was not good. This smoothie tasted so weird. I couldn’t even finish it and the wrap I ordered Was stale and hard. I would not recommend.
