Don't go to this location if you are in a hurry. I waited for 45 minutes on my chicken bacon ranch wrap without my smoothie. I ate it with nothing to drink. Then as I was finished, they gave me my smoothie. Then I went to JC Penneys for a few moments. Came out and found my car sitting in the parking lot with a 20 1/2 foot van that had turned too sharp and was squeezing my left front bumper. So if this smoothie place had been prompt, I would have been out of there and my car would NOT have been hit. This was July 17, 2022 and I have NEVER been back. This location needs to be boarded up.

Do yourself a favor and just pick a different location. I thought the taste of my smoothie was a one off because I went here pretty late, but I'm convinced they need to go back to tropical smoothie school and get the formula. I always get the same thing, but this did not taste right- 🤢 i have given them two chances, I will not go back.

I order from here almost every day on Uber Eats/DoorDash and they always deliver. Today I was so touched to find a sweet handwritten note thanking me and welcoming me as part of the Tropical Family. 😭

Generally when I come into this location the staff is friendly and welcoming. But this time, the person taking my order was on his phone using his airpods. I said thank you when my food was brought to me, no response. Not a friendly greeting not a smile just on the phone. Not happy about that. Also my order was incorrect and I had to come back in.
I try not to leave bad reviews, and I try to show empathy to most businesses because I know everyone has bad days, but this time I must address this. 3 different occasions and 3 different situations. #1 I ordered a smoothie and said no banana add strawberries. I'm sitting here watching them make the smoothie, and clearly see you about to add the banana, so I stopped you and you said that wasn't mine, but you turned around and said handed it to me and said, oh this is yours. They didn't want to remake it, until I showed them my receipt that clearly said no banana add strawberries. Incident #2 I ordered an Acai bowl, no banana and mango, again they added banana. So again we go back and forth about them not paying attention to the customers, that's why people are getting the wrong orders. So finally got them to remake the bowl..#3 ordered the new "TOASTED" snack rolls and all were cold. So I said aren't these supposed to be toasted? The young lady snatched the bag and zapped them in the microwave. Ughhhh. Ma'am they are supposed to be toasted, not microwaved. So I asked for a remake because I wanted my food made correctly. She had the nerve to tell the young man that she is sick of the customers whining all the time. I asked her for her name and she walked away. Asked one of the other workers her name and they started speaking to each other in their language, so I still never got her name, but I did get my order fixed correctly. I normally frequent this location because it's closer, but I'll drive the extra 15 minutes to forest drive, before I give this location another dime of my money. Once you drive all of your customers away, see who's whining then, because this location will not survive like this. Your rating are dropping and so is your service.
