    Smoothie order was lost…. And told them numerous times I was missing it. Been waiting for over 40 minutes and haven’t received it yet. Bathroom is “closed” and the lobby floor is disgusting!

    The photo should speak for itself. Stood in line for 12 minutes, two lady’s, one attempting to prepare food, one I’m not sure what she was trying to do. After being told there would be a wait, wasn’t an issue, but the inability to at least take an order so you don’t have three plus people standing in line. Ya know, we could have sat down and waited. Common sense is far and in between. None is found here, lots of time to look around at the disgusting floor, counters and if the front looks like that, I can only imagine what the prep area looks like. Work ethic couldn’t find these people if they were in a wet paper bag. Save yourself the headache and stomach ache and go somewhere else.

    Brandon , the store manager of the store in Irmo, SC, went above and beyond his role. He had given me a handwritten coupon at one time because they were out of an açai bowl that I wanted. I showed up for the flip-flop day on June 6 at his Store and showed him the coupon that I had actually had for months. The reason I still had the coupon after months was because I live 1 1/2 hours away from my 82-year-old mother and I hadn’t had a chance to go by his store . He honored it with no questions and with a smile He was very professional, nice, kind, considerate and with enthusiasm for his job. This store deserves kudos for the great teamwork that they exhibited!!! They did a wonderful job working together and my Açai bowl was made to perfection!!!!

    Doors locked with Employees standing around inside with no note on the door yet looking dumbfounded that Im trying to enter at 8:30pm. Smgdh

    Ordered a Caribbean jerk wrap upon getting it. There was no chicken in it as I began to eat. It opened it up and found there was no chicken. The manager on duty was very kind and getting me a new wrap. But the young lady who made the mistake continue to talk from behind the kitchen about how stupid the Customer was and how dumb it is and now that the customer got her in trouble after they ate half the sandwich. That’s not how it happened. I think this young lady needs schooling and having manners. Not my fault you forgot to put the chicken in a chicken wrap, too busy talking negative derogatory about other employees. I’ve been in this location many times and this young lady has nothing but derogatory negative speech out of her mouth the whole time she is working. Tropical smoothie needs to remove this young lady because she is hurting your business with her lack of manners and customer service and attention to detail won’t be returning.
