  This was my first time trying q spot and I was not disappointed. I order turkey wings, mac and cheese, and collard greens. The meat was really tender and everything was seasoned really well. I had enough for rwo days. The young lady that helped me was very nice and friendly. Sorry I don't have a picture, but I eat before I thought about doing a review.

  ( First time customer!) The food is very over hyped! The mac and cheese was awful tasted like seasoned noodles. The hamburger steak tasted slightly overcooked not much flavor in there nor the gravy! I am very disappointed with my meal! Maybe i caught them on a bad day. Definitely not worth it

  Customer service was great. Didn’t have to wait too long for my food. Food is 100000000/10. Everything was seasoned just right! My son said the chicken wings “buss down” 😆❤️

  Things are so bad it's either they don't care or it's on purpose. It was a clear swing and a miss. The "restaurant" is messy with at least one exposed wire from a light in the overhead. I wondered, "Why, not get a ladder and fix that?". They only had 4 menus laying out. One on the wall would have been nice to make ordering easy. Table and chairs were broken. We had a toddler. There were no child seats at all. That made it uncomfortable for the 45 minutes we had to wait for the overcooked food. There was no professionalism or organization. The nice young man who took our order wore shorts. slides and had dirty socks. Food came out of the kitchen randomly. We got our food after people who came in after us. All food is served in takeout boxes. The only drink options are overly sweet tea, punch and lemonade. Now to the food. Everything fried was overcooked. The wings were puny and overpriced. They came without sides. Fries would have been an extra $4. My wife had a meat and 3. The sides were ok but you could not get fries as an option, even though they were listed as a side. The sides were average and no better that literally anyone could have done at home. I had fish. It was tasteless and greasy. My family actually intentionally found the restaurant after looking at FB ads. We went after looking at negative reviews. We had low expectations but they seem to be coasting and simply cooking. There is no indication they want to be a good restaurant. I am hopeful they will read this review and do better.

  The food is definitely not worth the price. A customer asked for a refund due to the long wait. They told her no refunds. First impression was a bad one.
