  Food was decent but the girl behind the counter was terrible, terrible to the customers. RUDE wouldn't acknowledge the customer's when they tried to order with her instead of using he kiosk i dont think they knew how to use it. She told them that kiosk over there is how you o order. She was On her phone only putting it down to prepare the food. She had a bad attitude and it showed she didn't want to be there. I asked for the bathroom key and she pretty much threw it on the counter at me. I Said thank you when I returned the key and she just took it and didn't a knowledge me

  Went to Bojangles on Elmwood drive, Columbia, South Carolina ordered one sausage, egg and cheese, 1 bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, waited in line 15 minutes to be told, We don't serve breakfast because we clean the grill at 9 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. But clearly the signs say breakfast all day. 7 days a week, 2 female workers said to disregard the automated system at the window, because she doesn't know the operation inside the restaurant. So why advertise on the sign when you don't honor it.The owner needs to take the sign down as specifically say.When breakfast is being served.

  We visited Columbia for 3 days (lots of eating out) Taco bell had the best customer service!! I told the manager the lady working window deserves a raise!!! 4/23/26

  Omg, I live in Augusta ga, but came to Columbia zoo, I stopped here before going to eat at another place becsuse I was so hungry. All I can say is 10/10 they were fast the food was fresh and wonderfully delicious 😋

  Fire all the night workers on Thursday cause they can’t seem to make an order nor take an order they just pretend to work lmao
