  DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Food was cold and had obviously been sitting for a while before we received it, We waited forever and it was only us in the drive thru. Drinks had no ice, and when we asked for ice we were rudely told no. And the window slammed in our face. Who owns this taco bell???? They should have their franchise taken away!!!

  Went inside and placed a small order for 1 person. Tell me why I had to wait 50 minutes to get a luxe box. Once I got my food I asked why it so long, they answered “they had many drive thru orders to take of” dude it’s just me and my friends waiting for MY food inside and barely any cars I saw going to drive thru . Some lady employee was arguing with my friend and the employee stated “the point of ordering inside is to wait.” Not only that there was 2 girls that walked in after 15-25 mins of me ordering and they got their food before me. Not only that I didn’t even get my water. Didn’t bother asking because it would’ve taken another 50 mins. Employees just snoozing on the job.

  We pulled up with 29 minutes left before close and the lady told us that we were unable to order at the box but rather had to use the mobile app but when we pulled back to explain the app wouldn’t let us they still refused to take the order. I’m am displeased because company policy says that orders should still be available within this time frame and I was just looking for a quick bite after work with one of the places that should be available. I just wanted Taco Bell :(.
