  Food was fresh and good, staff was friendly, came out quickly, everything was as I ordered. Only caveat was it was freezing inside the restaurant!

  This location USED to be the better one. Now it's garbage like the rest. You wait forever, the food is always wrong (always missing), and the staff all have terrible attitudes. If you need something slightly adjusted, they refuse to do it or ignore you. Why work if you don't want to work? Unprofessional and lazy all around. Management needs to do better. Toxic environment.

  Wait time was terrible. Then the food was wrong, like exactly the opposite of what I asked for. They took an old medium drink and dumped it into a large cup, added to it, then gave it to me.

  It was 1 am on this late Friday night / early Saturday morning type of deal and their signs says closes at 2 am and yet noone is here and a ghost town is louder than this place at the moment 😡🤬😡

  Did an online order which was great. The process of doing it online was great. Got there to pick up my order. They say okay. We don't have any chalupas because I fryers are down. I say okay since my meal was already $9 and some change it came with three different items and a drink. I said just swap it out for the chicken salad and that's what they did. Then she bring me my drink. The drink was flat and then she got an attitude because I said well ma'am you can swap out my salad cuz at first they didn't want to swap my salad out. They said oh the salad cost more than your meal I said. How is my meal's $9? And my salad is $7 and some change so she caught a whole attitude behind that. The customer service in the building was awful. She gave me a drink then brought me a cup with the white stuff for my mountain dew drink and said oh go get it from over there out the fountain go to the fountain. The fountain drink is out like it's always something with this Taco Bell here in harbison like I've never gotten a great service where I had to go in and it's been no problem. It's always a problem when you go in there
