- VCVirginia ConnorAug 18, 20241.0Online order. They didn't make one sandwich I ordered stating they didn't prep the meat. The order for the other 6"and 4" subs took about 45 minutes. The sandwiches I did receive were not fresh or toasted like they were ordered. The lettuce was browning, the cucumbers were paper thin and floppy. It wasn't good at all. And they still charged for the one I didn't receive at all. They won't answer the phone. I've tried for 2 days. When I contacted corporate there was no offer to refund what wasn't even made. They only offered 2 free 6" subs. I like subway generally. But this location is awful.
