  I ordered my food a #9 combo with chili cheese tots , #5 combo and #3 combo all med tots. When I realized i didnt have all my tots i returned and informed the young man I didnt have my tots. He took my order and confirmed I wanted chili cheese tots and then when I said I didnt have them He said and I quote "whoever took your order didnt put that" and tried to make me pay for it. This just confirmed why I avoid sonic at all times. That caused me a headache and my children were hungry for sonic tots.

  Accepted my order in stall 9 sat there for 10+minutes brought out other people orders but when I finally hit the button after MY ORDER BEING ACCEPTED FOR 10+ minutes going to say all stalls closed and then had a attitude BS EMPLOYEE will not be back don’t recommend like why didn’t you just say that in the beginning BEFORE ACCEPTING MY MOBILE ORDER and just staring at me sit in the stall while you brought other people orders out just weird then taking 10 minutes just to answer the speaker while there multiple people inside just close the whole location or get some better people in there cause this don’t make no sense !! Then got a attitude cause YOU STILL GOT MY ORDER WRONG & IT WAS A MOBILE ORDER forgot so much & asked me what I ordered like yall didn’t accept it cause the young lady even said they had to remake the sundae BECAUSE IT MELTED I asked for ICE WATER & yall think your funny with a water down sprite shouldve brought it back & made yall drink that im 9 months pregnant & yall wanna play had a WHOLE RECEIPT & still didn’t know what to get it our tax dollars & education system out the window somebody fix it just sad😭😭
