  This Sonic was an extremely disappointing experience. They don’t have an active phone number, so there was no way to contact the location when we had an issue with our order. We placed an order online and waited approximately 30 minutes, yet still had not received it. It was very clear that the drive-thru was their main priority, while online customers were seemingly left waiting with little to no communication. The entire experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend coming to this location unless you’re prepared to wait and potentially have issues with your order. There are definitely better options nearby.

  I order from this location by mistake I thought I was updated to the broad river location. My food came unsealed and not properly handled

  Me and my wife went to this sonic and placed two separate orders at approximately 10:30 pm for stalls 14 and 15. I proceeded to tell the employees we were in the same vehicle they said okay. My food for 15 was brought out at 11 pm I asked the young man where 14 was because that was mine as well. He said it’s on the way and never came back I knew he had given my order to the wrong vehicle but instead of owning up to it he proceeded to lie and not tell anyone we were waiting. Another 10 minutes went by I went up there to knock on the window the same guy who brought my food ignored the knocks then a young lady came out I explained to her we’d been waiting well over 40 minutes for the next order, nobody came out for another 10 minutes. Her and the manager walk out looking for the car they gave my order to of course the people were gone. I got no ownership of the mishap from the manager nothing to rectify the situation but to wait another 15 minutes for the order to be remade. There was a young lady who was very nice and respectful towards me and my wife. This place should be ran better there is no reason we should have waited over an hour for two meals. The orders were placed at 10:30 we didn’t leave sonic until 11:40 terrible management.

  I ordered coke, payed, got it and it was warm, didnt have ice. I got back to get ice in it and they didnt have any. They could have comunicated that before I bought it...

  The guy running food was flirting with drunk girls instead of working. We waited for about an hour for 2 milkshakes. Absolutely ridiculous. After about an hour he brings us melted milkshakes that have been just sitting there. I have not had a worse experience in a fast food restaurant in my life. Will never be coming here again.
