  Sorry to be so negative, but the staff was not friendly at all even after leaving them a healthy tip. She forgot my son’s milkshake, ranch and ketchup and it seemed like we were the problem to her. The fries have been cooked in old grease with black specs all over the fries (not seasoning). Plus side the cheese sticks were bussin and the Reese blast was on point after we stirred it.

  Yo like microbial growth with the food now. My wife is allergic and we didn’t know it was there until one had already been ate.

  I ordered my food after parking in the stall from my mobile app. I waited 20 minutes before pressing the red button to ask about my order but I was told to hold on. I never got an answer. I tried calling to cancel my order but the phone kept ringing. It was a total of 30 minutes before received my food. I didn't get a straw. My fries weren't fresh, and my burger was the wrong one. The app has no option to cancel an order when it's taking too long, and there's no option online to get a refund besides contacting the store in the stall or over the phone. I'm not going to waste another 30 minutes waiting on a manager for a refund of my nearly $40 order for just 2 meals. I'm very dissatisfied. I'm sure it's because they're short staffed but they were clearly prioritizing the drive through over the parked stalls which is why we waited so long. It's still unacceptable that our food was wrong and not even fresh. I'm glad I don't live in this area because I will not be coming back.
