  I wish NO stars was an option. The absolute worst experience. Waited almost 30 mins and NEVER RECEIVED my mobile order. Drive thru came and went while I’m stuck waiting with an hangry autistic toddler. Tried calling multiple times with no luck. All I ordered was two Jr. burgers a small cheese tot and three cups of ice. Will be disputing this immediately and will never return. SMH. Go elsewhere!!!!

  Over 25 mins to get my food. Ordered kids meal with a corn dogs, didn't get the corn dogs or the kids toy. Management needs to do better with there training. This is by far the worst sonic I have ever been too.

  This location always takes forever to bring food out for the stalls or when you order on the app and sometimes my shakes will comes out partially melted after i waited on that one thing for like 30 minutes and it happens every single time i come here

  This is officially the worst restaurant around. I used to love it but they got a new GM about a year ago and it’s become the worst place to go. Terrible food, the slowest service I’ve ever experienced and the worst employees! I don’t know if they fired him or he quit but they need to bring back the last guy.

  This establishment has experienced a decline in quality over the past five years, coinciding with changes in management and personnel. Currently, the staff appears to consist primarily of young individuals, with the oldest seemingly around 20-21 years of age. The service has become noticeably slow; for instance, customers are often asked to pull forward and then wait approximately 20 minutes for simple orders such as two Sonic Blasts or a single order of fries. Furthermore, the quality of the food has deteriorated. While Sonic burgers were once a personal favorite, I do not intend to visit this particular location for an extended period, hoping that a change in management or staff might lead to improvements in service.
