Debit card information stolen last week after purchasing food here. Still trying to use the card a week later. Definitely be wary using anything but cash here.
The absolute worst experience. Pulled up at 6 pm made order . 18 mins pasted by . Guy brings food , something told me to check the food . Food was semi burnt and not hot . I immediately sent it back in like me and my daughter sat here for 20 minutes for cold food. Hallie comes out with a receipt in hand asking if I want my money back , ummm no I want fresh hot food little lady , she stated that it’s only 4 people in there and one cook . I ask where’s the manager. She stated there wasn’t one . She then went in the store and came back out with the same food just warm . Never again. Can someone plz walk me through how to post a pic lol

I went to this location to order some food I gave the cashier the exact change she could not even give me back the correct amount. Spoke to a young man and he’s was very rude and sassy. I will never eat from a sonic again. I never got talk to like that at chick fil a
Whoever they have working there needs to be fired. Takes 20mins or more in the drive thru line and maybe 3 people were ahead of me. Ringing up orders wrong, they cant even make a simple shake correctly after returning it twice. Recipts showing as cash transactions and I paid in card. Shady if you ask me. I asked for a refund, we will see if that happens or not.
It is March 9, 2026. I just took my two grandson's to get food at this Sonic location. For starters, at the drive through, I had to repeat ordering a #6 combo, at least a dozen times. Finally, another lady took over and i had to start all over. This was extremely annoying. How many times does a person have to request KETCHUP ONLY on a hot dog? At Sonic, MORE THAN TWELVE and they still don't get it. Finally, someone else took over the ordering station. Then I drive to the window where the same first girl asked me if I was the person who ordered CHEESE STICKS! Then, a young man came to the window and asked me to pull up. I said, I've already been at the order window forever. He said, "I know, and I'm refunding your order." After the order was brought to me, there were no condiments which i had asked for. I had to drive back to the pickup window. After asking again for condiments, I asked if he refunded my money. He rudely tells me NO, YOU GOT YOUR FOOD. REALLY??? THEN THEY'RE ALL BACK THERE LAUGHING. I did get his picture before I left.
The Sonic burger was so overcooked, it was like leather.
This is one location I'd NEVER EVER RETURN TO. $22.64 WASTED. The food was inedible. They were probably laughing because of something they did to the food. Absolutely the worst Sonic location anywhere! I sure hope his photo can be uploaded on here. If not, it definitely will be sent to the owner or Corporate location, whichever the case may be.
