  Every time I come to this location, they always claim that they drive up windows are closed and they want you to go through the drive-through anytime you use their drive-through. They never can get anything right anything you order is always cold. I’m tired of this place.

  This Sonic staff is very unprofessional. During late night hours the drive-thru staff doesn’t answer the mic. Staff will have sitting in drive-thru for up to an hour. You can say excuse me all you want they NEVER respond to the mic. When the staff does come to the mic they sound sleepy, sluggish, lethargic, and that is not good for business especially when you’re open late-night or have dasher coming through the drive-thru. It times wasting. PLEASE HIRE A FULL NEW NIGHT CREW/LATE NIGHT CREW. I saw about seven, or eight cars pull off since sitting in the drive-thru. SO BETTER SONIC!!!!!
