  Incredibly mid experience. The burgers were okay. I didn’t like the bun very much. The soda machine was out. The staff were unengaged. Take your money elsewhere

  If you want your order to be correct and get it in a quick service THEN GO ELSEWHERE. I order only two burgers with modifications and recieved the wrong order not once but twice. I waited over 30 minutes and honestly wanted a refund but really wanted to try the food FOR THE FIRST TIME. I get home after being reassured my order was correct AND GUESS WHAT......NOPE. incorrect order, and wrong items. I hope every location isn't like this but I know I won't be returning to this location. Udate as of 5/19/2026. I've submitted not only pictures of the reciept and order to their "support system". All for them to take no accountability and say they don't have the pictures. I truly don't want anything to do with horrible restaurant and the poor customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

  We waited over 20 minutes for our food when we were the only ones in the restaurant when we first came in. They had put my burger up on the counter wrapped up instead of on a tray and it sat there for a long time before they realized it was not supposed to be wrapped up. They slapped it on a tray and gave it to me but by then it was barely warm! The people that came in after us got their food before us. It was so unorganized and very frustrating. I will say after all this the manager did offer me a refund which I was grateful for.

  Great store the new GM came to every table and spoke to make sure all food was great and when above and beyond for my children when it came to making sure they were okay with there food being picky eaters. I just know that she try to make her store family oriented and a great space love Skylah

  Smashburger it's 2026...if you don't have a certain item, disable the item so it can't be purchased on your website. Gas is too high to order food, go to the restaurant only to be told, we couldn't make your order! This isn't the first offense but it may certainly be the last...
