  Wonderful food great chef excellent service accommodated my wonderful sister who has an allergy to gluten. Really appreciate all the extra work they put in so she could eat with us.

  When with a party of 10 reservation for 630 got there at 615 wasn’t seated till 730. Waited 30-45 min for the cooking to start. Chef verified everyone order before starting and still had to be corrected several times. He wasn’t funny but was rude and insulting saying watch your wigs and your lashes. Reservations mean nothing. Payment system is trash. Manager just wants to make drinks all night.

  The chef nuked my scallops and jumbo shrimp to rubber and I couldn't eat it. Otherwise, the food was good. The service from our server was excellent. The bathroom sewage smell seeps into the restaurant and I could smell it faintly while I was eating my food. Overall, I would not return.

  I go to Sato at least once a month and absolutely love it. The food, the atmosphere, the chefs, it’s always a good time and vibe. I quite enjoy the flavors and enthusiasm while they’re cooking.
