  The young people are so respectful at this Pizza Hut. The pizza was perfect. I posted a picture. This is the best pizza experience I've had. Their manager should be proud.

  They take forever to make the orders. The place also smells horrible and service was not good. I was with my friend and we were waiting for almost an hour before they told her they didn’t have the pasta she ordered. The cashier was very nice she offered a free drink and apologized but the lady in the back did not communicate well.

  THEY WERE OUT OF MAC AND CHEESE AND I WAITED FOR AN HOUR AND THEN THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THEY ARE OUT OF IT.. that is so annoying. they should know what they have and don’t have in stock. and they didn’t even have mariana sauce.

  The worst pizza hut ever. Do not attempt to place order there. You are going to loose your money. Stopped there on 4th Sep's night enroute to Charlotte. Had to wait over an hour just to get my order. First they denied any access to the washrooms. I had to go to a gas station for that. Then they gave me a wrong order. When I pointed out, then they tried to remake it but couldn't confirm when it would be avaliable. They said refunds are also not possible. The poor girl at the cash register tried to call her manager but he never bothered to come, and told her to give me the corporate call number to register my complaint. The irony was, I was not the only one frustrated there. With me there were a bunch of other folks facing similar issues. No wonder that with such appalling management and customer services, the pizza hut franchise is going down the drain. Will most probably not go to pizza hut ever again.
