Really no stars! My food was cold! I kept calling to talk to store and kept getting the call center who told me they couldn’t do anything for me. When the store finally picked up the phone they hung it up! My food was over an hour late AND COLD! Not to mention the driver wouldn’t get out because it was too late but had her boyfriend riding with her. So in the middle of the night while rocking my newborn to sleep, i had to go get my food that was TRASH!

The customer service was horrible. I had curbside service because I was sick. What was suppose to be 20 minutes ended up being almost an hour. If I hadn’t paid online, I would have left. I sit in my car and watch them keep putting the phone one hold whenever I called to see what the hold up was. I finally got through and she said, it will be right out, well it ended up being another 30 minutes. I called again and. Gentleman answered and I told him the situation……his words was, it only me working the back. My pizza and chicken had been sitting on the self for about 15 minutes. I will NEVER go back there ever again. People walking in going behind the counter with no mask and no uniform. As a matter of fact the young man that bought my food out was a young guy that was just hang around and he DID NOT HAVE ON A MASK. This was a horrible experience.

Ordered 3 pizzas from here.. Super Supreme, Thin edge pepperoni lovers and a chicken, bacon and onions pizza. I love pizza hut but was highly disappointed with this location. First I want to mention that the super supreme and chicken, bacon and onion pizza had a gum line which indicates it was not fully cooked. I also ordered these pizzas with garlic butter crust flavor and these pizzas had none. The thin edge pepperoni lovers pizza hardly had pepperoni for a pepperoni lovers. Picture below, you be the judge. Last thing, I ordered curbside pick up, notified from the app that I was here and they never brought my pizza. I had to get off and get it. Pizza was just sitting there with 5 employees standing around talking, not working. Will not be going back to this place or recommending.
