  We went today for lunch to try the buffet out. Pizza was warm plenty of specialty pizza available. Was shocked no type of salad bar. Another thing that shocked us was the employees sneaking slices off buffet no employees wearing gloves. Then went to use the ladies room had to wait was in total shock when a male employee came out of ladies room eating pizza!!!!

  We ordered online for pick up at specific time. Arrived at that time to pick up and was first told pizza was probably still in the oven, then after a few minutes told it was given away by mistake to another customer so making a new one. 30 minutes later pizza finally ready but no one ever said we're sorry for the wait, sorry for the mistake or thank you for waiting! No offer to throw in bread sticks or a drink or a coupon for a future purchase. Didnt need anything extra offered but at least a word of apology for the wait would have gone a long way in customer care. Won't be back.

  We went for the buffet. We were seated immediately and then ignored. I had to chase down the waitress to get our drinks after sitting watching her walk by for 20 minutes. A different girl helped me after I was ignored by two other staff members. It was odd that there was no self-service option for drinks for dine-in guest. We arrived in the last hour of the buffet so the restaurant was fairly empty and they were surprisingly appropriately staffed. Although the interior was really outdated, the seating area was clean. But given the health issues, there were no measures taken to ensure cutlery remained clean. The buffet table had no sneeze guards. As I prepared to leave, I stood at the register to check out, no check or directions provided by the server, who never appeared again. I was told to step around the corner where they were handling walk-ins, to pay. (Can you feel the hard eye roll?) I went out of nostalgia and wanted my son and grandchildren to understand the hype. I was greatly disappointed.
