- TMTashira McKnight-Addison4 days ago1.0The only reason I’m giving this location one star is because zero isn’t an option. This is by far the worst‑run Pizza Hut I’ve ever dealt with, and the customer service is consistently terrible. Every experience has been a problem — from something as simple as not cutting breadsticks to my most recent issue: I ordered a salad online, was charged for it, and it was never delivered. When I called, I was told they “don’t sell salads on the weekend,” yet they still took my money. When I asked for a refund, the employee said it would go back to my DoorDash account — which I don’t even have. Then she said it would be credited to my Pizza Hut account, which I do not want because I will not be returning to this location. I was placed on hold twice without anyone asking me to hold, and when I asked for a manager, no one ever came to the phone. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate because this store needs immediate action.

Once a mistake twice idk 4 times someone is incompetent! Then the whole no refund policy is INSANE! Because thinking I’m going to pay for food I didn’t receive or accept a credit that expires in 30 days is UNACCEPTABLE! The attitude from manager is even crazier like are you ok love?? Having to dispute a charge for pizza with my bank is wild when THEY GET IT WRONG EVERYTIME
