  I ordered online 20 minutes before arriving at the store. I get there and I’m told they haven’t even started my order yet. Waited another 20 minutes just to be told that they made the order wrong and had to redo it. Finally got my order nearly a half hour after it was supposed to be ready. I was doing carryout, should’ve been easy. No apologies, no compensation, and even though I was very polite and didn’t complain to them, still received a “I don’t care“ attitude from the associate at the counter. At the time of the attached photo I still had not received my order.

  What is going on with pizza today? My pizza was dry, the sauce wasn't good and the 15 pieces of sausage was dry too..very disappointing

  Great customer service. Zyy was very pleasant and welcoming. My order was good, no complaints about the food.

  Ordered 2 Large last night and took DD driver 30 plus mins to arrive after I got notification it was picked up. Should've only taken 4 mins to get to my house. Then I open door to a DD guy who didnt speak one word, no how you doing or nothing. I ended up telling myself have a good night and thank you. I wish I could take back that $10 tip. Quit using DD! $56 for 2 large pizzas will never happen again. Now I see why the 2 star reviews!

  I ordered a pizza for yall and never received it I was told that I would received my refund in 1 to 3 days. It's been 2 weeks. If this is the way yall do your customer's then I will never order pizza from yall again. Thanks for nothing because that's what I received nothing.
