are not, Pizza was fresh, Wings on point,Bread sticks hot, kudos to my driver, Jasmine, outstanding Job, no confusion with the address, kids ate and enjoyed it all. 👍 up Hut! for doing your thang this evening.

Please visit your store and observe what is taking place. The service, food preparation, and overall atmosphere are far below standard.
On the evening of 6/27/26, the music being played in the store was degrading and completely inappropriate for a business setting. The profanity and vulgar lyrics being blasted while customers were present were unacceptable. The fact that the entire staff was working in that environment showed a lack of professionalism and good judgment.
To make matters worse, the food was gross and ended up in the trash. Had I been an inspector, this establishment would have received a “C” rating based on my experience tonight.
I didn’t notice the 2.9-star rating until afterward, but unfortunately, my experience explains it. That rating does not reflect well on the owners or management staff.
Keep the change, but please do better. This experience was simply unacceptable. 🤮

The pizza was tasty but seriously overpriced. What they call a large pizza was about the size of a small pizza elsewhere. Barely bigger than a personal pizza. Maybe 8" to 10" max. Pizzarias up north have large pizzas that are easily 16" diameter. And the two so called "large" plain cheese pizzas cost $33 and then another $2 for garlic sauce. NJ is noted for their high prices, but this is SC and this is ridiculous. For the size of those pizzas it should only have been half that much. I won't be back!

Placed my order for pickup, arrived only 2 minutes late and they claimed not to have it. Lady at the desk was terrible, glanced at her screen for 3 seconds before saying my order wasn’t placed. Don’t even bother.
This was honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had.
I ordered 2 medium pizzas, breadsticks, and wings with a quoted delivery time of 8:21 PM. After waiting 30 minutes past that time, I called and was told my order had been delivered to the wrong address because there was another “Krystal.” Mistakes happen, fine. They said they would remake it and have it to me in 15–20 minutes.
An hour later, still nothing. I called back and asked for a manager, and a 19-year-old employee refused to get one, saying the manager was “busy.” He also couldn’t tell me when my food would arrive because they only had one delivery driver. At that point, I requested a refund since it was already 1.5 hours late. I was told they “gave too many refunds” and couldn’t issue one. That’s unacceptable.
I asked again for a manager and even the general manager’s name and was refused both times. My order finally showed up 2 hours late, cold, and wrong. No apology, no follow-up, no refund.
Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and completely unprofessional. I won’t be ordering from here again.
