Watched 6 Dashers wait and abandon the job because restaurant wasn't "organized". One Dasher even texted to apologize and say the place was ridiculous!!! I NEVER have issues with the one near me in Atlanta but this location is incompetent at best! Pizza departed at 9:30, 50 minutes late!! Order with caution!

So I decided to go pick up my food myself. I called the store and asked them to make it fresh. I got there waited and when I got home my food still wasn’t fresh and hot. Why do us as customers have to pay for cold food. What if it was them or their family they would want HOT food that’s what we pay for and good customer service.

Paid 80.00 after taxes and fees and tips . Called 5 times and just got placed on hold. No refund , didn’t fix my pizza . Terrible store ! Never AGAiN in life will I order from this Pizza Hut . Clearly reading is not something they are capable of.
