  Got delivery and it was barely warm. Ordered a thin crust veggie pizza and there was almost no cheese and very little veggies. This used to be a good place to order from but now it totally isn’t and I won’t be back.

  Sadly my last visit to this location. I love Papa John’s. Went to pick up pizza but system was down so I waited for it to reboot a few times. The customer in front of me was told not to worry about their order but I was expected to wait. An employee was throwing dough then came to help with computer twice, without gloves or washing hands. Everyone had their phones in hands too so it was just another party. Needless to say I waited maybe 10-15 minutes and then was happy it wasn’t working so I could walk out. Hope they can work out those hygiene issues.

  Made our pizzas wrong . Then took forever to get our right pizzas . Cashier acted like he didn't even care .

  I ordered two pizzas tonight and to be delivered by Grubhub and one large thin crust pizza had plastic on it on top of the crust but under the pepperoni and cheese. Unfortunately, my children and myself ate some before we realized it. The store manager was neither surprised, upset or willing to provide the general manger's contact information.
