  This place is great! The staff is very friendly and I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for food. I got the Cha Shu Mein this time and it was absolutely delicious!

  I always love to get my Ramen from here because they never disappoint. I got my order to go. It was ready and waiting when I arrived. Napkins, spoon, and chopsticks. Thank you!!!

  I'm not an expert on ramen, but I've had enough both in NYC and in my attempts to make my own; I'm pretty sure the noodles I had were Cantonese egg noodles. It has the distinct smell of it rather than the neutral Japanese ramen aroma. It's not terrible, but it's something to keep in mind. Regardless, the noodles are not the star here; it's decidedly the soup. And? It's quite excellent. One thing about ramen soup, whether it be shio, shoyu, tonkatsu, or miso... It is easy to make it overpoweringly salty. The soup here is well balanced, almost neutral, and envelops the noodles in a nice, umami flavor that is very pleasant. There is no aftertaste, no oily residue, just clean, delicious soup. Oh, the meat that comes with the ramen is excellent as well. If not for the noodles, this would be a 5/5 location. The price is also more than fair; in NYC, the same bowl would be $24, not $11. With that said, y'all should be taking advantage of this place!

  your weekday hours are pathetic. twice i've come here only for my order to become takeout because i forgot how early you convert to takeout and close. the first time this happened, being more familiar with your pre-pandemic hours, i was there so soon before closing that ordering became stressful. i know columbia isn't manhattan or atlanta, but chairs flipped in a downtown restaurant before 9 PM is such a joke.
