  I will never be back to this McDonald’s, and I feel bad for the workers, You order on the app you pay for your stuff then you get there and they don’t have it and if you order on the app trying to get a refund it’s horrible so you’re basically forced to get food that you don’t want. I ordered Dr Pepper had to get Coke. I ordered me a hot fudge sundae. I had to get three strawberry pies that were cold., Multi billion dollar company Who seems like they just don’t care anymore The only thing that was any good was the fries. Big Mac was cold.🤣

  If I could give zero stars I would, spent 30 minutes in line just for a sausage biscuit had to leave because I was going to be late for work. I’ve worked fast food for multiple years, there is no reason for drive thru to take that long and too not pull cars forward to help drive thru flow easier is crazy, it’s very simple

  Waited for a mobile order 30 minutes, and the manager kept saying we coming. Only stayed because the kids were playing. We won’t ever return to this one.

  I came to the store at 11:10 was in drive thru waited 3 min in the line no one answer The speaker so I pulled behind another car that was at the window receiving food. I waited patiently in line 15 mins after the car left no one said anything to me they walk pass the window without assistancing me at the window. So I drove around back to the speaker and no one still answer was waiting on an online order that I placed. Online says the store don’t close until 12:00 and I’m still here at 11:32 waiting on them to answer. And no one answer the speaker. This is ridiculous. I’m very upset and I won’t be coming here again they have Poor customer service. The whole night shift to be fired. This is the worst McDonald’s I ever been to.
