  There’s nothing deluxe about 2 pieces of bread and a chicken patty. Why did I have to pay $12 for this?

  I would put this as ZERO but it wouldn't let me. They had gotten my order wrong and my food was burnt also they were rude. My sister had went in and they lied to her face and being extremely rude and nasty while the receipt said otherwise. We had went to the drive thru and ordered two steak bagels and one sausage bagel the receipt was wrong and was rung up as two bacon bagels and one sausage but whatever you know if they don't have steak then say you don't have steak don't replace something of your own choice. Then we didn't receive our coffee, hash browns, and the bagels were wrong. All that we truly cared about was to get our correct sandwich and the hot coffee that was clearly printed on the receipt that they denied at the window. So to fix this is the employeed ladies need to have kindness, compassion and patience. There was no need for them to escalate the situation or talk about my sister like she's wasn't there because she did not even raise her voice or was any vulgar language used. Also fix your attitude it ain't cute. I would never come back ever again. #McNot
