  Drive thru forgot my sauce, forgot my fries, and failed to print my receipt TWICE. Then when I came inside to get the rest of my order, employees kept walking past me making eye contact without helping. When someone finally acknowledged me, they tried to act like I didn’t say what I said after asking “you forgot something?” No, YOU forgot something. On top of all that, my burger was nasty. Customer service and quality were both terrible and the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. Never again! I will drive to another location everytime from here on out!

  I had a wonderful experience at this McDonald’s. The inside dining area was spotless and pleasantly quiet, which made it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy my meal. The seating and floors were clean and smelled good. There was a quiet, welcoming atmosphere that stood out from other McDonald's The bathrooms were actually clean, which I really appreciated, and the drink station was tidy and well-stocked. My Spicy McChicken combo was delicious and served promptly. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall cleanliness and service make this location better than others. I did not wait more than 6 minutes for my food.

  I frequent this one every other day and the customer service is going downhill I'm having to wait continuously for somebody to come to the registers . For the last 2 days I've waited 30 minutes before anybody acknowledge me up front. The food also seems like it's being rushed more. The sandwiches are just thrown together.

  I ordered fries without salt and the second (exchange) batch were very salty too.
