  I don’t understand why they don’t use a recipe for their McCafe iced coffees. No matter what size I ever get sometime it’s perfect the other times, like today, it’s ice, milk and coffee no sweetness at all. I ordered 3 medium caramel iced coffees and they were alI 3 bad. I know it’s not Starbucks, but I expect it to be consistently good or consistently bad not 50/50!

  Very boring with their tone which I get it but it should NEVER make me feel uncomfortable or moody too. I was very polite, saying thank you and everything. I got no type of response which I honestly think is disrespectful. Need to be trained on their hospitality.

  8:40 a.m. on 4/28/26. It's a Tuesday. Why are their lobby doors closed? Probably because management is incapable of finding competent employees who can show up for work. This is the second time within a month! This location takes the Grand Illusion Award For Vanishing Lobby Business Hours. If only this prime location that so many customers depend upon would get their act together.

  Order thru drivethru this AM 4/24/26 with drive thru code for a 2 dollar breakfast sandwich. Was told my sandwich choice was excluded from the options, I stated that other mc d locations would substitute for me cause i dont eat pork. DT cashier stated that I could pay for the sandwich add breakfast sauce full price I did want and she would give me a a sec biscuit at for free. Gave my free sandwich to my friend. The sauce on my sandwich was orange and spicy. Perhaps it was a mistake but the wrapper and receipt says breakfast sauce, if I was back there working I would know the difference.
