  This is the 3rd time ive come to grab lunch. It always has a line around the building Because the drive thru is too slow. The dining room was dirty with no napkins or straws and all the tables were dirty. Everything ive ordered in the dining room we have to wait 20 min for our food since the drive thru is prioritized.

  Ordered two coffe drinks inside. Waited twenty minutes and asked about them and person said we are out of coffee. WELL CAN YOU MAKE MORE COFFEE. Run manager comes over and doesn't even apologize when we asked for a refund. Crew members comes in with a buddy hands him two soda cups without paying and both smelled badly of pot. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE RESTAURANT AND MANAGEMENT.

  Machine inside didn’t work and no one to assist you. Everyone carrying on ignoring the customers. Just go to chick fil across the street, better food and amazing service.

  Rudest experience I've had anywhere. I'm by no means broke or can't afford food that I have to make a story to get a free McDonalds meal. Had a sales appt. Hadn't eaten all day I pull into this McD's and order a 4D Spicy McChicken Deluxe meal. It wasn't slammed and I got my food right away. I left got into traffic , I pull out my sandwich and it's a McChicken with just pickles. I took pictures of it and the receipt. I get to where I'm headed and I threw out the sandwich because I was in a company car and didn't want it to smell. I come back a few hours later as it's by where I work as I'm heading home. I pull up and a youngg lady can't understand what I'm saying so she asks me to pull up to the window. She has red braids and she says where's the food. I said I threw it out. I didn't expect the full meal just the sandwich. I said either give me a replacement or a refund of the deluxe. She says here's my manager a slightly older lady with glasses, then starts laughing and saying people will make up anything for free food. Manager says where's the food I said I threw it out. I said I run the and before I could finish she said I don't care what you run. Proceeds to tell me if I want a replacement bring the food next time very rudely while the young lady is in the background laughing, heckling and carrying on. Even as I got to the second window. She said why didn't you call? I have my phone let me show you the three times I called and y'all hung up on me she said no you didn't my phone hasn't rung once. This was a principle of the matter. I know this is a McDonalds but it's still a business. These people shouldn't work at an establishment dealing with customers especially the manager. Who also made a rude comment that I couldn't hear as I was pulling away.

  This quite possibly might be the worst run McDonald’s in country. This is not a fast food restaurant. Order for three of us took over 20 minutes. My order was nothing out of the ordinary. We ate inside and I watched as numerous people stood around waiting on to go orders for unacceptable lengthy delays. My order finally got ready and half of the items were cold. My wife’s chicken strips looked like they had been cooked the day before and then rewarmed. Avoid the place
