How can a place that’s says they’re open until 4 say they’re closed at 11:30 when you’ve already paid for your food through the app, even when the app, Google Maps, and their website all say that they’re still open. Employees were present but did not want to get me the food I paid for and I can’t even cancel my order in the app because it’s “already being prepared”… the food I will never get because they were “closed”… is being prepared. Corporate needs to abolish this location. Absolutely pitiful do y’all’s damn job next time.

There was 2 long strands of hair in 1 of my McChickens, the double cheeseburgers had 1 slice of cheese, and when I pointed out that my Strawberry Banana smoothie was missing, the cashier/drive thru lady had an attitude.
i usually never leave reviews but i had such a terrible experience at this mcdonald's i had to leave one. i went to this mcdonald's and placed a mobile order for a double cheeseburger, fries, a drink, and a couple cookies. i did curbside, pulled up, put my spot in the app, then waited 20 minutes outside for my food. no one came out, no one said anything. i figured they must've forgotten or were busy (even though there were like maybe 5 cars here), so i decided to just walk in instead. walked in and proceeded to stand at the counter for 10 more minutes before being helped by someone. and by being "helped", i mean i was acknowledged, got 3 words of my sentence out, then the lady walked away as i was talking and said "i'll be right back" and never came back. i decided to just take the L as it had already been 30+ minutes and decided to just cancel the order. the app proceeded to tell me they couldn't cancel or refund my order because "they were already preparing it so it was too late". so i literally paid for food i didn't get and couldn't cancel on. i'm usually super understanding and understand it gets busy, but it makes no sense to me how i place a mobile order and it not be ready by the time i get there, and how several employees can see me standing there and just walk past and ignore. i've given this location so many chances but after this one im done. don't waste your time here.

One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had it's a shame that they even have a crew in there like that ordered curbside pickup off my app put in my location after 30 minutes had to go inside to find they put my food up on the counter and just let it sit there instead of bringing it to me so now everything's cold they're not offer to remake anything ordered a Big Mac meal and a chicken wrap brought the chicken wrap to someone they opened it up and somebody filled it with the insides of a hamburger pickles and all that no chicken McDonald's needs to do a better job hiring people to do their job half the McDonald's Fall behind because they hire people who don't want to do their jobs do better McDonald's hire people who understand and care about their jobs
The nicest, quiet, cleanest (didnt check the bathrooms) McDonald's my husband and I ever been too (were military and traveled from Alaska coast to coast) so when I say its nice, no other McDonald's compares. Its a nice old brick building, looks huge inside possible area with a partician for meetings. Decent amount of parking. They had 2 kiosk for ordering and register. The system was easy and the srbice was quick. The only thing is we had to ask for napkins since they no longer leave them out (very understanding) had they brought them to the table neither the order it would have been perfect. Everything was pretty fresh as far as food goes. Would definitely go back.
