  Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Ordered on the kiosk and said I had to pay at the counter. Me and 6 other customers sat there for literally 15 minutes before the gentleman in front of me was helped. Then the girl went back to the drive through and didn’t come back over. I finally walked out.

  Sat in the drive thru for thirty minutes just to drive around and they walking out with door dash orders but couldn’t acknowledge any of the drive through

  Order only a Diet Coke and instead of making it for 20min the worker argued with a door dasher and threatened them. Horrible place

  Wow, from the UK. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. Ordered on their self service machine, place was quiet, 20 minutes later no food and an order on their screen had turned red, I presume it was mine and late to be taken to the table. I approached the counter with my receipt, the staff all laughing and carrying on, 5 minutes later a women came to the counter and said YES, I said I have been waiting 25 minutes, I cant wait any longer, she said ill get the manager, she never go anyone for ages, then talked to a guy who came up and said you want your money back, I said yes please. He gave me my money back, on apology, never asked why, didn't have a care in the world. I have eaten in probably over 100 McDonald's all over the world, this is the worst one I have visited and UK people generally think the service in the USA is great. Well this changed my thoughts on that. Avoid at all costs, PS kitchen area in full view is untidy and dirty looking.
