- SYSharonda Young5 days ago1.0I was very careful with my selections to make sure I put in the correct things that I wanted. Apparently that means nothing because half of my items were missing. This is not the first time but I use them because they are closest to me. I’m disabled and unable to go retrieve my items that I paid for!
- JNJason NimmApr 26, 20261.0Placed order thru doordash at this restaurant. Only received part of the order. We ordered a big mac combo and a 2 cheeseburger combo. 2 cheeseburgers were missing. How does the mcdonalds staff seal up the bag when the order is not fulfilled? Laziness or just not caring about their job. This is not the only time having problems, it seems to be a common occurrence, at this mcdonalds but it will be my last.

However, I guess the jokes on me as I sat there for ten minutes while three cars got ahead of me on the inside lane. After the third car skipped ahead of me I said hello into the intercom and was told to hold please. At that point I just pulled off.
- TTTR06Apr 16, 20265.0We had lunch at this McDonald’s today. I hate drive through windows. Not only that but drive throughs have made it a bit difficult to walk into fast food restaurants. I prefer to order face to face. No kiosks. The service at this location is excellent. Very nice staff. The store is clean and nicely decorated. And the background music is just that. Background music. Low enough to be pleasant and not make conversation difficult. Nice choice of easy listening music. All McDonalds should be run as this one is.

The store being closed for maintenance is understandable, but they refused to help me cancel an order I had already paid for. I felt humiliation as i was met with complete lack of understanding and malice for simply for trying to get my money back.
