  Everytime I buy meat from this store, it's spoiled and rotten! Never getting meat from here again....

  The experience i had today with them was an outrage...... Their food section is not covered with flies flying around the store.... I tried to taste a half cooked sausage that was displayed to be threatened with having the police called on me for taste testing theor food and got charged $10 for a piece of sausage that was half cooked and burnt....... now there is no VISABLE SIGNS THAT SAY U CAN'T OR THAT YOUR AREN'T ALLOWED TO TASTE TEST THE FOOD FROM THERE SO IMAGINE HIW OUTRAGED I WAS TO GET CHARGED FOR A PIECE OF FOOD THAT I HAD INTENDED TO BUY I JUST WANTED TO SEE IF IT WAS ALL THE WAY COOKED

  My one star rating has nothing to do with my one star rating. I really like shopping at the Food Lion and enjoyed and appreciated the convenience of the mobile app today while shopping at the Food Lion I owned the FL app to see if a product was on sale only to see the dreaded “update required”. Unfortunately my phone is an iPhone 7 which works as good as new. For some reason all the apps on my phone are requiring an update, but also requires an iso of 17 to be able to update. So, I guess Food Lion is in the same category as the other apps by expecting customers to run out and buy a new phone just to use their app. Sorry, but no thank you. Even when I just go to the website on my phone it won’t let me shop on line which is ridiculous. All these apps are doing a disservice to customers with older functioning phones. It’s very apparent that either the companies themselves or the app developers don’t care much about some of their customers.

  Nice pretty good store
