  Managers behave like it's their food they buying for the customers...wen their to return some items, it is unfortunate I didn't have the receipt. At the same time the store employees or customer service people at customer service desk should read and follow the store policy. They should actually know their company store refund policy. Especially if been working their more than 3-6months, instead of making up their own store policy as they go along and play along. To be rude to the customers w out showing their being rude. They have a double back money guarantee for those whom are unaware your ignorant to this store policy for Food lion. Wether you have came.to return a product or not . Food lion has a double back money guarantee on it store label & name brand products even include if you come w out Any receipt. So bring it to any corporate level any issues, and or customer service. These foods are being transported shipped from over seas and transported again to get to the grocery store. By that time most of it's no good.Ive bought fresh produce the fruit has been no good. Alot of it. So get it to the store to return it the so called ladies behave like they worked for what I buy and eat.

  A cashier made a mistake when I was checking out a charge my card the wrong amount went to customer service to get my refund and then the store took my refund back. I wouldn’t recommend anyone shop here.
