I have been to this location shopping i stop buying any cooked or prepared food in deli or bakery. I notice that the man cooking do not have a hair net or hat on.the ladies have dirty apron and lot of their items on display are going out of date or have mold. Food Lion your employee´s need to do better. Also me and my friends have notice that they be outside smoking with their apron etc. on and go back in to work without putting on a clean one ,maybe the manager should have a talk about being clean. I will say the rest of store looks good.

I’ve ordered delivery from this location quite frequently. Lastnight they claimed to not received my order but the delivery drivers kept contacting me saying the store didn’t have the order. So what a hassle for no reason. My card was charged. Today I’m told the order was canceled by the store????? Bad business practices…… Definitely not using this location again.

I just got these cherries about an hour ago and this is 70% of the bag that's bad. This isn't the first time either. Just yesterday I threw away a whole bag of apples and a few days before that, a bad salad. It's the only market close by me and this is beginning to be the norm. The shelves are always barely stocked which is suspicious because all the aisles are always packed with employees. It's never enough registers which forces everyone to self checkout which I hate. Do better food lion

I have always been a Food Lion customer, but this recent visit changed my opinion. Since moving to the area, I’ve noticed that this location often has only one register open, forcing customers to use self-checkout. During this visit, I needed to complete two separate transactions. The employee assigned to the self-checkout area stood nearby the entire time while we checked out. At the end of the second transaction, she pointed to the soda on the bottom of our cart and asked if we had scanned it. I explained that we had already scanned one case during the first transaction and were about to scan the second one at the end of the current transaction. She responded that she didn’t see the Dr Pepper on that transaction, so I clarified that we were checking out separately and that the first case had already been paid for. I understand that employees need to prevent theft, but the interaction felt unnecessarily accusatory. If customers are expected to use self-checkout because only one register is open, they should be allowed to complete their transactions without feeling like they are being closely monitored or assumed to be stealing. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will not be returning to this store.
