- CHChris Hammond4 days ago4.0I’m giving Fazoli’s a lower rating based primarily on the customer service and attitudes of some of the employees. While the food itself was decent, the overall experience was negatively affected by the way certain employees interacted with customers. There seemed to be a noticeable lack of friendliness and professionalism, with some (not all) employees coming across as irritated or as though helping customers was an inconvenience. I understand that restaurants can be busy and employees have difficult days, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially if respect is being given by the customers. I’m not expecting extraordinary service every time I visit, but a welcoming attitude and professional customer service should be the standard. Hopefully management will take this feedback seriously and work with the staff to improve the overall customer experience. Fazoli’s has the potential to provide a much better experience, but the attitudes of some employees currently take away from it.

Not sure if it was just busy or if Italian just takes a little longer. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an alternative from that normal fast food options or who wants Italian without paying sit down restaurant prices (though this gap isn't as much as it used to be).
