They could give us one because the manager was off site and they told us maybe she would be there around 7 PM we walked out this was around 5:30 pm. No air conditioning either , this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to and I enjoy the food. I’ll probably never try another place again and will tell people about this. Spent $30 and no refund, their staff at this time needs retrained or fired

Overall, it was a really good meal, but we had one notable hiccup.On the positive side, I love the fact that Fazoli's lets you substitute the noodles. It is a great feature for customizing your meal. The Loaded Baked Spaghetti was great, and the Loaded Chicken Alfredo also tasted excellent, except for one major issue. It was missing the main ingredient! The kitchen completely forgot to put the chicken in my chicken Alfredo.Aside from the missing chicken, the food was delicious.
