  Great food and coffee, but I’ve come here 5 times, every time the line is out to the road blocking a lane off the main road. They take orders way faster than they make them and it has taken 30-40 mins minimum every time. Won’t be coming back. It should be a serious hazard with the road blockage.

  My wife mentioned that she had dairy allergies, and one of the employees who served her was very sloppy with her service and initially contaminated my wife's drink. My wife had to remind her of the allergies and the employee scoffed at her. Very unprofessional. No issues with Dutch Bros until South Carolina.

  As is the Dutch Bros way, this staff goes above and beyond to make your day better just one cup at a time! My personal recommendations are the Strawberry Colada or my personal favorite the Cookies and Crème latte 2x extra sweet with oat milk; get it with the chocolate drizzle cup and soft top and drizzle as well. You won’t regret it!

  This Dutchbros is not in a good/ safe location. The line extends out to the main road which causes traffic and is really not safe. There is one person taking orders during rush hour which is adding to the problem. And, this Dutch bros only has one lane in and out- so regardless traffic is a major issue because of the drive through route. I would suggest going to the location in two notch if you can- route is still funky but it’s much safer.

  At 2:22 on Sunday, April 19th, my husband and I pulled into Dutch Bros on Devine to grab a coffee. There were two lanes of traffic in the driveway turning in. The guy that was directing traffic kept demanding that we pull closer to the car in front of us but we were so close that we couldn’t see their license plate and the sensor on my car was going off. There were at least 6 of us crammed into the short driveway and a line of overflow on Devine. The man demanding that we pull up was rude, total disregard for the cost of customers car insurance should there have been an accident. Then when it was our turn to proceed the man waved the car in the other lane in front of us. The kind person that took our order said that man doesn’t work for Dutch Bros, they said that he directs traffic as a volunteer service. I don’t know how Dutch Bros can make traffic better there but we will certainly be taking our business to the Lexington location. I hate it for the staff at this location because I’ve been here three times and the staff was lovely and the drinks were amazing.
