  I was excited about this location, as it’s within walking distance of my home. However, the wait time for a completely drive-thru operated location is unacceptable. I used 600 of my points for an order I couldn’t wait 20 minutes to receive, on my commute to work since the line was backed up to the road. It’s unfortunate these positions are hard to keep filled, however, still very necessary.

  If they don't get those young girls out of there they will shut down quickly. Especially that one red those big red braids and huge lashes smh she's horrible

  Check your food!! Worst customer service! Yesterday I ordered an avocado toast and a small coffee. Instead, I received a plain bagel with my coffee. I came back today, the young lady at the register with long hair and light brown eyes didn’t apologize said she knew they messed up yesterday and she just wanted to hurry up and correct my order. I asked for a free coffee for the mistake and because my entire meal was not right. She said she couldn’t give me a free coffee and said there was no manager for me to talk to. Horrible customer service. The staff needs additional training.

  The lady who takes the orders is not welcoming at all and sounds like she doesn’t want to be there. It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts franchise, sound more enthusiastic!!
