  Check your food!! Worst customer service! Yesterday I ordered an avocado toast and a small coffee. Instead, I received a plain bagel with my coffee. I came back today, the young lady at the register with long hair and light brown eyes didn’t apologize said she knew they messed up yesterday and she just wanted to hurry up and correct my order. I asked for a free coffee for the mistake and because my entire meal was not right. She said she couldn’t give me a free coffee and said there was no manager for me to talk to. Horrible customer service. The staff needs additional training.

  The lady who takes the orders is not welcoming at all and sounds like she doesn’t want to be there. It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts franchise, sound more enthusiastic!!

  Pulled up in drive thru and was told sorry no coffee today. WTH!! DUNKIN OMG. This is a new location that's completely unacceptable!!!!! I would have gave no stars!!!! First time I ever heard of this!!!!!
