  The customer service is by far the worst in Columbia!!! They don’t even say “Welcome to Dunkin Donuts” or “Please go ahead with your order.” It was a young lady with tattoos and colored locs that should be fired on the spot. If you don’t want to work at a place, find another job! Nobody is forcing you to do anything. They will never get my business again. Someone took a photo of the young lady in a previous complaint and that’s the young lady I had an interaction with. The owner of this establishment obviously doesn’t care about how their business is being ran into the ground because there’s no way in hell I’d let folks like that work for me. This is my first review ever and I feel the public needs to know to avoid this place!

  I ordered at the Killian Rd location by Kroger. It was the wrong location. I did it online.! It was terrible Customer Service when I got to the speaker. She couldn’t even say welcome to Dunkin’ Donuts., The girl was rude, disrespectful, and chewing gum! I asked her did she know how I corrected the problem she said I don’t know. Does she know anything?

  I didn’t get a chance to taste the food or drink because the customer service at the window was horrible. The young lady who took my order was just so rude and disrespectful. After receiving such bad customer service, I didn’t even want the drink or food anymore, so I just left and went to Starbucks

  The girl taking the orders is rude and very uninterested. Sounds completely bored and inconvenienced when talking to you, doesn’t greet you and doesn’t say anything other than to ask if you need a straw. The manager is just sitting there on her phone. I ordered an Iced Hazelnut Dunkalatte drink and added Butter Pecan syrup. You can’t even tell there is anything added. Not sweet at all.
