See the problem when evil people are in leadership the people suffer. That everywhere. This needs New People. Or shut it down.

Workers act clueless about menu items and the worst is the workers but especially the managers are incredibly rude and disrespectful for no reason even when you are being nice to them. So many other options around where the coffee and food is a lot better and you will be treated a lot better. Seriously go to sevenbrew, starbucks, one of the local places or even the gas station across the street. All of them will be better and treat you better. What a dump.

I understand that there are procedures for the store, however, that doesn't mean that she has to be nasty about anything. I came happy, and left upset, bc of how I was spoken to. Keep in mind, I have only had this experience at the Forest Dr. location. The cashier at the window was ok, but when he asked the female in charge a question about adding something onto my order, she was snappy at me and my mother, stating that we had to drive around and re-order. Then we tried to pay with $100, she flatly said that they don't accept it, only smaller bills. Again, I completely understand, but the attitude and snarkiness was not deserved. I am pregnant and left without buying anything at that time. I wound up ordering through my mobile app, and just went for pickup. Unfortunately, this was the closest store, and I had no choice but to go back to this location. All I ordered was hash browns and snacking bacon. My bacon was burnt and came out cooked together in a block. I'm not sure how to add a picture, or else I would. I didn't eat the bacon, waste of $. Hash browns were as to be expected. Other food and drink items were ok. Irrelevant to the situation, I am also disappointed that the chicken bacon cressant was also taken off the menu, as that was what I was initially craving. 🤷🏼♀️ My mother and I sadly will not be going back to this location. It's no wonder why it always has little to no customers every time I visit.
