  If this is ran by the same owners, I am totally suprised. The morning staff was super rude!!! If you don’t like your job, “hospitality”, get another one or work overnight where you don’t have to deal with people face to face. The only reason I didn’t cancel and request a refund for how rude the two ladies were, is because I could tell it would’ve gotten real nasty in there.

  The drive through person in the morning was extremely rude! We asked for a simple request on a sandwich and she proceeded to yell in the speaker and talk over me every chance she got. When I tried to ask for a minute to decide on a different item since she couldn't simply toast both sides she proceeded to yell telling me if I needed a minute or what. She got my order for the coffee wrong and missed my other sandwich order too because of wanting to argue with someone at 6a instead of just listening.

  I had been giving this location the benefit of the doubt for about a year, so it’s safe to say that when I say this place needs improvement in every aspect. From efficiency, to customer service and quality. Not one time have I visited has it been even a good experience. I have been giving them grace thinking it’s makes a bad day. Yet when it’s every time I visit ( 1 every 2 months) it’s always something. The sign on the drive through window states it’s individually owed. So this maybe why the standards are so low. I suggest the management take leadership courses and learn to lead so that the employees have a good example of what customer service looks like. After all this is the only Dunkin in this area and while there are other options, this is a community that I say confidently enjoys it and deserves at minimum good customer service. I’ve tried expressing my concerns and the manager there is less than interested in hearing any concerns let alone improving them.

  We were traveling from Fort Lauderdale Fl, to Tennessee for A long weekend, We always look for a Dunkin for coffee and a quick breakfast. By accidents i left my shoulder bag in the store and didn't think about it again tell our trip was over and on our way out of Tennessee i was like OMG MY BAG. in a panic i called and left a message and stopped there on my way back to Florida and was told by an employee that there wasn't a bag but the wonderful general manager had it locked in the office. so long story I'm home back in fort Lauderdale and realized m ear buds were also in my bag and my ear buds were telling me they were in Tennessee i call again in a last ditch effort and left a message the General Manager Yalonda, Forest Dr, Dunkin called me Back and told me yes she locked it up and she would mail it to me That day she went to UPS and overnighted it to me. I cant say enough about Youlanda what a wonderful human being she defiantly a star in my book. we need more Youlanda's in this world . Brandon J.
